Livapurple Hotels & Resorts is an integrated hospitality management, operations and development company that manages, operates, leases, acquires and strengthens hotels and resorts.
Our primary focus is on 3-star and above hospitality properties where professional management, capable teams, clearer positioning and stronger commercial systems can create meaningful value.
We partner with hotel and resort owners, developers and property stakeholders through engagements shaped around the needs of the asset. These may include management, leasing, acquisition, advisory, development, pre-opening, professional training or manpower support.

Sajan Odunghattu
Managing Director
Sajan Odunghattu brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategic management and leadership across diverse industries. His career includes associations with Asian Paints, ICI Dulux, ICICI Prudential, Max Life Insurance and JLL, alongside a directorship with a leading hospitality group.
Throughout his career, he has led large teams, managed major business units and driven commercial growth. His experience spans sales strategy, customer relationships, operational excellence and people development, giving him a broad understanding of the leadership required to build resilient organisations.
Sajan combines strategic thinking with a practical, people-oriented approach to business transformation. He focuses on aligning people, processes and business objectives to improve efficiency, strengthen organisational performance and support sustainable growth. His hospitality experience adds a valuable perspective on service excellence, guest experience and commercial performance.
Management mentoring and consultation are central to his professional approach. Drawing on decades of practical experience, he helps develop leadership capabilities, nurture talent and bridge the gap between management expectations and team performance.
He believes that lasting business success depends on meaningful connections between owners, management and employees. Through clear communication, shared objectives and accountable leadership, he seeks to strengthen collaboration across these groups and create an environment in which people and businesses can thrive.
As Managing Director of Livapurple, Sajan brings together corporate experience, hospitality knowledge and a commitment to developing people. His leadership philosophy centres on building capable teams, lasting partnerships and long-term value through thoughtful strategy and consistent execution.
Sajeev Ramakrishnan
Director
Born in Kottakkal, Malappuram, Mr. Sajeev Ramakrishnan is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across infrastructure, real estate, plantations, and hospitality. He began his professional journey as a PWD contractor, where he built extensive experience in executing civil infrastructure projects. Over the years, he has been involved in the construction of several roads, bridges, and pipeline water supply projects across Malappuram, Kozhikode, Palakkad, and Wayanad.
His entrepreneurial journey later expanded into the hospitality sector. In 2012, he ventured into Ooty, Tamil Nadu, with the development of a cottage property that went on to achieve considerable success. Encouraged by this experience, he subsequently expanded his presence in the region by leasing and managing additional cottages.
Beyond infrastructure and hospitality, Mr. Sajeev has diversified interests in real estate and agriculture, including a rubber plantation in Perambra, Kozhikode, and a commercial property in his hometown.
Driven by a vision to build a strong presence in the hospitality industry and a long-term aspiration to lead and contribute to the sector, Mr. Sajeev ventured into hotel management and hospitality operations. This vision culminated in his dream project, Liva Serene Retreats, a four-star hotel that commenced operations in 2026.
Under his vision and leadership, Liva Serene Retreats continues to grow as a destination focused on quality, comfort, and memorable guest experiences. Looking ahead, Mr. Sajeev aspires to elevate Liva Serene Retreats to a five-star property within the next two years, reflecting his continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and long-term growth in the hospitality industry.
Dr. Nidheesh Sankar V
Director
Dr. Nidheesh Sankar V is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist and Head of Department of Psychiatry at Aster MIMS, Kottakkal. He has played an important role in establishing and developing the hospital's Psychiatry Department as one of the best in Kerala.
Alongside his busy medical career, Dr. Nidheesh serves as Director of PSG LLP and Liva Purple.
From the medical profession to entrepreneurship is a journey of leadership and vision beyond healthcare.
His background in patient care, human behaviour and education brings a people-centred perspective to Livapurple’s leadership, complementing its emphasis on guest care, team development and responsible growth.
Shajeer Ali Nalakath
HR & Employee Engagement Consultant
Shajeer Ali Nalakath is an experienced Business and HR Consultant with over 20 years of professional experience, with significant exposure across hospitality and retail industries, including hotels & resorts, fashion retail, supermarkets & hypermarkets, and baby & kids retail.
As the HR & Employee Engagement Consultant for Livapurple Hospitality, he works closely with leadership and management teams to strengthen people practices, build engaged and service-oriented teams, and develop a professional, performance-driven culture across hospitality operations.
His expertise spans organizational structuring, manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, compensation and benefits, learning and development, leadership development, and HR technology.
His extensive experience in hospitality and customer-facing retail businesses gives him a strong understanding of frontline workforce management, service culture, customer experience, multi-location operations, leadership accountability, employee productivity, and the people challenges associated with business growth and expansion.
He believes that exceptional guest and customer experiences begin with engaged, capable, and empowered employees, and focuses on aligning people, culture, service standards, processes, and performance with business objectives.
Shajeer is also the Founder & Managing Director of Beehive HR Solutions, advising promoters, directors, and leadership teams on business transformation, strategic HR, organizational development, governance, and performance improvement.
