Privacy Policy

About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Livapurple Hotels & Resorts handles personal information through this website. It covers website enquiries, booking-page referrals, business communications and career enquiries. Separate terms and privacy notices may apply to a property, booking provider or another service you choose to use.
Information we handle
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected subject or interest, and the information you include in your message. Please share only information needed for your request and avoid sending payment-card details, passwords or sensitive identity documents through a general enquiry. If you apply for a role through an external application link or email, the recruitment information you provide is handled through that channel.
When you follow a property booking link, our website records the selected property, destination booking URL and time of the redirect. This booking-redirect log does not record visitor names, email addresses or IP addresses and is not a record of a completed reservation. Hosting and security providers may separately process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information in their server logs.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, discuss stays and hospitality services, assess business opportunities, manage relevant recruitment communications and keep necessary correspondence. Booking-redirect records help us understand referrals and operate booking links. Technical information supports website security, troubleshooting and reliable operation. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, we will seek it separately; sending an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Who may receive information
Relevant Livapurple personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, email, security and administration may process information as needed for their work. Where your request concerns a particular property or service, relevant details may be shared with the team or partner responsible for responding. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Personal enquiry information is not sold.
Bookings and external services
Availability checks, reservation confirmation, guest registration and payment may take place on a property or third-party booking website. That provider is responsible for information collected there under its own policies. Social-media profiles and other external links also operate under their providers’ terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before sharing information.
Cookies and browser storage
WordPress uses cookies for staff sign-in and website administration. The festival greeting feature may use browser session storage to remember whether a greeting has been shown. Browser controls allow you to manage cookies and site storage; restricting essential storage may affect functionality. This policy does not authorise optional advertising or analytics tracking. If such tools are added, their use and any required consent controls must be explained before activation.
Retention and security
Booking-redirect logs are scheduled for deletion after the retention period configured in Website Settings, initially 180 days. WordPress scheduling depends on site and hosting operation, so deletion timing can vary. Enquiry and business correspondence should be retained only for the time needed to address the request, maintain necessary business records and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Authorised staff can delete records when no longer needed. Backups and service-provider systems may retain copies until their normal retention cycles expire.
Access controls and administrative safeguards support the protection of information. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about the personal information you have provided, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are considered under applicable law, including any rights, exceptions and obligations in force at the time. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may also approach the competent authority where applicable law provides that option.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging stays, making business enquiries or seeking employment. Children should not submit personal information through the enquiry forms. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can review and address it.
International processing and updates
Hosting, email or other service providers may process information in locations outside your country, subject to applicable requirements. We may update this policy when website practices or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, use the contact details shown below or submit an enquiry through the Contact page and select General. Please identify your request as a privacy matter. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
